ARTICLE 6 FORCE MAJEUR

6.1. Both parties can bee freed form obligation to carry out the content of the agreement, part of or for the whole, should it is caused by the force majeur.

6.1. Cause of the force majeur mentioned in the first sub article of this article is something that beyond control of both parties such as natural disaster, earthquake, fire, war, etc.
